We are always listening to member feedback and having open conversations about dental temping and hiring. When we decided to re-build our Job Board for dental hiring, we reached out for feedback and frustrations with the current options out there. In those conversations, we have heard loud and clear the frustration with current services like Indeed, Kijiji and other Classified Ads services.
We decided that as Canada’s largest dental temping service, with thousands of dental members, we can and will solve this problem for our dental community. So, we built the TempStars Job Board to give dental professionals a better way to hire and get hired!

We designed a Recommendation Engine that shows dental offices recommended applicants based on whether they have temped there before, if it was positive, proximity, qualifications and more. This allows us to maximize the potential of finding a good fit.
Our Interview Reliability Tracker also addresses a common frustration in the job market where candidates just don’t show up for a scheduled interview. Our service adds a unique level of accountability when candidates book job interviews with offices.
