We've made an important update to our Partial Offer feature based directly on your feedback!
The enhanced Partial Offer feature will now only activate when a shift remains unfilled within 72 hours of the start time. This improvement ensures our users have the best chance of getting entire shifts filled first, while still providing the option for flexibile partial coverage when time is running short.
This update reflects our commitment to listening to our community and continuously improving TempStars to better serve both dental offices and professionals.

Terrible
Constantly freezes and currently can’t log in either app or website… have incomplete invoices to send…

Hi @ishreebishun, good to hear from you! You're right about that - and our engineering team has scaled up our server infrastructure. We're been growing so quickly that certain things started to get strained, which lead to the app lagging a bit.
But we've been listening and watching, and responding to the feedback, so I'm happy to say it's been resolved :)
