TempStars v4.0 is finally here!
Today is a big day as we roll out TempStatrs v4.0. We’re very excited about this release because it is a huge power up for Dental Professionals, Dental Offices, and the larger dental community. We’ve made so many updates to our service within the last year. From new app features to strengthening our community management efforts, but we wanted to take things to a whole new level. After conducting outreach calls to TempStars members, dental associations, and putting careful thought into ways we can better service dental offices and dental professionals we decided it was time for v4.0 – a huge step in the right direction.
Because this is the first version of 4.0, we are encouraging TempStars members to give it a try and send us any comments, thoughts, or feedback about TempStars v4.0. We actively listen to Members and implement changes very quickly to better meet their needs.

Now, what’s actually new with TempStars v4.0?
Insta-Book Scheduling
This is the second half of our ‘Insta-Book’ feature.
TempStars “Insta-Book Scheduling” allows members to set their availability schedules in advance, along with their hourly rates, maximum travel distance, and minimum shift length. Also incorporated in this feature is a travel allowance. The Insta-Book feature will allow offices to browse and book shifts with available dental hygienists and dental assistants if their shift criteria match a dental hygienist’s or dental assistant’s Insta-Book settings. With this new feature, offices can still receive custom offers, dental hygienists and dental assistants can still instantly book the shift from their end (if the shift was enabled to instantly booked). Dental hygienists and dental assistants that use Insta-Book Scheduling will be responsible for updating their global settings (availability, hourly rate, etc.). They will only be able to set their availability for the coming two weeks.
Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants
TempStars v4.0 will allow Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants set their availability schedules in advance, along with their hourly rates, maximum travel distance, and minimum shift length.
Dental Offices
TempStars v4.0 will allow Dental Offices to browse and book shifts with available Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants if their shift criteria match Dental Hygienists or Dental Assistants Insta-Book Availability settings.
